Why it's important to be idle... now and again
To tap into insight, to find creativity, you should seek out moments of idleness.
For me, it's about finding space among the trees... such as those that I find in the Monte Amato National Park, in Southern Tuscany, where I work in the gardens of ASHA for a few weeks each year.
